Mr. Yoon has provided advice on patent and intellectual property law to individual inventors, startup companies and large corporations.  He has prepared and prosecuted patent applications in a variety of fields, including semiconductor technologies, renewable energy, networking technologies, mechanical devices, computer software and medical devices.   

Mr. Yoon received undergraduate degrees from Stanford (B.A. in International Relations) and the University of California at Berkeley (B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.)  He received a J.D. from Yale Law School. 

Prior to joining Beyer Law Group, Mr. Yoon worked in product development at an Internet startup company in San Francisco and as an attorney at O’Melveny & Myers LLP, where he obtained experience in corporate law and commercial contracts.   

Mr. Yoon is a member of the U.S. Patent Bar and a member of the California State Bar.
