Frank T. Kalinskifkalinski@beyerlaw.comMr. Kalinski specializes in patent and trademark prosecution. He has prepared and prosecuted patent applications for a wide variety of technologies including photonics, electro-optic and laser technology, DWDM device tecnologies, disk drive technologies, as well as biochemical and molecular biological integrated systems. Mr. Kalinski is also familiar with software technologies including distributed object computing, operating systems, financial transactions, and various Internet-related technologies. He is also skilled in the areas of digital and analog electronics, semiconductor processing, programmable logic devices, integrated circuit testing, and mechanical devices. Mr. Kalinski counsels clients regarding trademark matters and has substantial experience in the prosecution of both U.S. and foreign trademark applications. He also provides additional counseling regarding infringement and validity of U.S. patents, trade secrets, copyright, and licensing. Prior to joining Beyer Law Group, Mr. Kalinski was on staff at The UCSD School of Medicine and worked with the Salk Institute, GenProbe, and Hughes Aircraft Company (Radar Systems Group).
