Mr. White’s practice is focused primarily on preparing and prosecuting patent applications in various technologies including semiconductor manufacturing, filtration systems, network systems, Internet business methods, medical devices, gaming machines and other mechanical devices. He also has substantial experience in performing various patent-related analyses, such as non-infringement, invalidity, patentability and freedom to operate opinions, as well as drafting and reviewing agreements relating to intellectual property, including licensing and consulting agreements, legal notices and nondisclosure agreements.

Mr. White’s education includes an Undergraduate Degree (B.S. in Mechanical Engineering) from the University of California at Berkeley and a Law Degree from Hastings College of the Law.
While in law school, Mr. White served for one year as a legal extern to the Honorable Susan Illston of the United States District Court of Northern California. Mr. White is a member of the California State Bar, and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Prior to joining Beyer Law Group, Mr. White was an associate in the Menlo Park office of Howrey Simon Arnold & White LLP, where he prosecuted, litigated and consulted clients on patents in a variety of technical areas. Prior to entering law school Mr. White was a Project Engineer and Cleanroom Supervisor for Advanced Pressure Technology, where he gained valuable experience in the design, manufacture and testing of various pneumatic components and delivery systems for the semiconductor manufacturing industry.

In his free time, Mr. White is the Cubmaster of Cub Scout Pack 480 and the Manager of the Red Sox Little League team.
