Michael J. Ferrazano

Mr. Ferrazano specializes in patent and trademark prosecution and associated client counseling. His practice emphasizes the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in a wide range of technologies including computer networking, Internet e-commerce applications and implementation, digital signal processing, computer software, integrated circuit design (both analog and digital), semiconductor device fabrication, as well as client counseling and the preparation of legal opinions pertaining to patent and trademark rights. He also has substantial experience in intellectual property audits and due diligence reviews and the preparation of technology licensing agreements.

He is a member of the California State Bar and the U.S. Patent Bar.
